Our Rehabilitation Services team is one of the largest and most dynamic in the region, comprised of over 700 skilled professionals dedicated to helping patients regain strength, mobility, and independence. Our licensed physical, occupational, and speech therapists work closely with interdisciplinary medical teams to create individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs. Beyond core therapy services, we offer a variety of specialty programs including neurological rehabilitation, vestibular and balance therapy, lymphedema management, pelvic health therapy, and oncology rehabilitation.
We deliver exceptional, evidence-based care across acute care, skilled nursing, home health, and outpatient settings, spanning five acute care hospitals and multiple locations across Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Naples, Lehigh Acres, Estero, Bonita Springs, and Immokalee.
As a Physical Therapist at Lee Health, you will join a supportive, team-oriented environment where you can truly make a difference. You will be responsible for examining, evaluating, and testing individuals with mechanical, physiological, and developmental impairments to determine diagnoses, prognoses, and treatment plans. Your role involves designing, implementing, and modifying interventions to alleviate impairments, reduce injury risks, and promote fitness and wellness for populations of all ages.
