About the Role
We are seeking a skilled, compassionate, and motivated Physical Therapist specializing in orthopedic rehabilitation to join our team in South Brooklyn. In this per diem, at-home role, you will focus on patients recovering from total hip and knee replacement surgeries and other orthopedic conditions.
Our mission is to help patients regain mobility, strength, function, and confidence within the comfort of their own homes. This approach emphasizes not only physical recovery but also the emotional and social benefits of re-engaging with the community. You will evaluate and treat patients throughout their plan of care, with the ultimate goal of transitioning them into one of our JAG outpatient orthopedic locations for continuity of care. This position offers a competitive hourly rate with potential for regional growth.
