About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will evaluate, plan, and implement evidence-based physical therapy interventions for diverse patient populations to restore function, reduce pain, and improve quality of life. You will serve as a key partner in the rehabilitation journey, utilizing orthopedic and neurologic techniques, manual therapy, and gait training to address individual patient needs.
Your day will involve collaborating closely with the broader care team to coordinate comprehensive treatment plans, supervising PTAs and rehab aides as appropriate, and contributing to quality improvement initiatives. You will play a vital role in educating patients and families on home exercise programs, safety, and functional mobility, ensuring that care extends beyond the clinic walls.
