About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our orthopedic rehabilitation team. This role is dedicated to the evaluation and treatment of patients in an outpatient setting, with a specialized emphasis on pre-operative conditioning, post-surgical rehabilitation, and hands-on manual therapy techniques. Our mission is to restore function, reduce pain, and improve the overall quality of life for our patients.
Clinical Focus
The position centers on prehabilitation for orthopedic surgical candidates and post-operative rehabilitation for joint replacements, spine, shoulder, knee, and sports-related procedures. We prioritize manual therapy–driven treatment approaches to facilitate functional movement restoration and return-to-activity training.
