This travel assignment places a Physical Therapist in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting in Skowhegan, Maine. The role is designed for clinicians who thrive in dynamic environments, offering a 13-week contract starting June 1, 2026. You will conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans to improve resident mobility, strength, and balance. This position requires close collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, including nursing, social work, and physicians, to support discharge planning and ongoing care.
