Our therapy team works with residents through real recovery milestones, including post-surgical rehab, stroke recovery, fall prevention, and return-to-home planning. About the Role
This role offers a structured caseload of skilled nursing residents, allowing you time to do the work right without the high-pressure environment of a hospital. You will develop and execute individualized PT plans that directly impact mobility, functional independence, and discharge outcomes.
Your day-to-day involves building genuine relationships with patients rather than rotating through short slots. You will collaborate with nursing, OT, SLP, and care teams on shared resident goals, providing family education on home safety and discharge preparation. This position is ideal for clinicians who value a collaborative, interdisciplinary care model and are done with the chaos of acute settings, seeking consistent, meaningful caseloads.
