About the Role
As a Certified Physical Therapist Assistant, you will be the hands-on partner in improving the mobility, function, safety, and quality of life for our senior residents. This on-site role is designed for a professional who is eager to make a meaningful impact through evidence-based care. You will implement and progress physical therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, focusing on therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and functional activities.
Your day will involve collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary team—including nurses and other therapists—to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care. Beyond clinical interventions, you will play a vital role in educating patients, families, and caregivers on safety strategies and equipment use, while contributing to discharge planning and restorative programs. We are looking for someone who brings a compassionate spirit to their work, ensuring that every interaction supports the long-term well-being of our residents.
