About the Role
As a Certified Physical Therapist Assistant, you will play a vital role in improving the mobility, function, safety, and quality of life for our senior residents. This on-site position focuses on implementing evidence-based treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. Your day-to-day work involves therapeutic exercise, gait and balance training, and functional activities designed to maximize patient independence.
You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, including PTs and nursing staff, to ensure coordinated care. A key part of your role is educating patients, families, and caregivers on safety strategies, exercises, and equipment use. By contributing to discharge planning and restorative programs, you will help support long-term outcomes for those in our care.
