About the Role
As a Certified Physical Therapist Assistant, you will be the compassionate face of our therapy services, implementing treatment plans designed to improve mobility, function, safety, and overall quality of life for our residents. This on-site role is vital to our mission of delivering evidence-based care that makes a meaningful impact on the daily lives of seniors. You will work closely with an interdisciplinary team of Physical Therapists, nurses, and caregivers to ensure coordinated, holistic support for every patient.

Requirements
