About the Role
As a Certified Physical Therapist Assistant, you will play a vital role in improving the mobility, function, safety, and quality of life for our senior patients. This on-site position focuses on implementing and progressing physical therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. Your day-to-day impact will be defined by delivering evidence-based interventions, including therapeutic exercise, gait and balance training, and functional activities designed to maximize patient independence.
Beyond direct patient care, you will serve as a key educator for patients, families, and caregivers, teaching them essential exercises, safety strategies, and equipment use. You will also contribute to discharge planning and restorative programs to support long-term outcomes.
