We are seeking a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse to join our team for a 13-week travel assignment in Omaha, Nebraska. This role is designed for clinicians who thrive in an acute care setting with a focus on teamwork and support.
In this position, you will work with adult and geriatric patients managing cardiac, nephrology, and stroke conditions, as well as diabetes and continuous EEG monitoring. A key aspect of this role involves the ability to titrate drips, including Cardizem, beta-blockers, and seizure medications. Success in this role requires a positive attitude, strong communication skills, critical thinking, and the ability to problem-solve. You will also be required to pass a pass/fail RN exam with a score of 90% during orientation on skills learned.
