Key Responsibilities
- check_circleMaintain a 1:1 patient ratio within an 8-bed unit with an average daily census of 12
- check_circleFloat within the facility and within scope of practice as operationally needed
- check_circleAdhere to all compliance, orientation, and onboarding requirements to ensure timely start
- check_circleProvide direct inpatient nursing care within a PACU setting for adult to geriatric patients
- check_circleAccurately document patient care and clinical information using Epic, Pyxis, and SBAR
Requirements
- verifiedActive RN licensure in Georgia or Compact state
- verifiedMinimum 2 years relevant RN experience
- verifiedCurrent BLS certification
- verifiedCurrent ACLS certification
- verifiedProficiency with Epic
- verifiedProficiency with Pyxis
- verifiedProficiency with SBAR documentation
Nice to Have
Prior experience in a PACU or perioperative inpatient setting. Familiarity with adult and geriatric patient populations in an acute care environment.
