Cynet Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Telemetry team in Louisville, KY. This 13-week contract role focuses on delivering safe, effective, patient-centered care for a group of patients during night shifts. The position emphasizes quality outcomes, customer satisfaction, and the maintenance of a financially stable unit.
As a Telemetry RN, you will be accountable for the comprehensive care of your patient group, applying evidence-based practices to drive professional development. The role involves assessing, developing, implementing, and evaluating individualized plans of care while ensuring patient and family comfort and education. You will function as a mentor and preceptor, supervising licensed and non-licensed staff members and fostering a collaborative environment that encourages teamwork and continuous improvement.
Candidates must possess a valid Registered Nurse license and a minimum of two years of acute care RN experience, specifically in inpatient telemetry. To complete onboarding, applicants must provide proof of ACLS and BLS certifications, along with completion of Pharmacology training, a Skills Checklist, and a Specialty Exam.
