About the Position
TravelNurseSource is partnering with Cynet Health to recruit a qualified Registered Nurse for a 13-week contract in Morgantown, West Virginia. This role focuses on the Medical Surgical and Orthopedic unit, offering a unique opportunity to work with diverse patient populations including those with orthopedic conditions, joint replacements, and fractures.
The unit consists of 22 beds with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:5-6. Support is provided by three Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) per shift, maintaining a ratio of 1:7-8. A Charge Nurse is present 24/7 to oversee operations. While the role involves working into holiday rotations and potential floating to other units as needed, Registered Nurses are not required to read telemetry strips. The facility utilizes the EPIC charting system, and the dress code requires Royal Blue scrubs.

Requirements
