About the Position
TravelNurseSource is partnering with Cynet Health to recruit a qualified Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse for a 13-week contract in Littleton, Colorado (80124). This role focuses on providing compassionate care to mothers and their newborns within a supportive, team-oriented environment.
The unit features a capacity of 26 beds and utilizes updated equipment and technology to ensure effective patient care. Day shifts typically consist of a Charge RN and 7-8 RNs, while night shifts include a Charge RN and 6-7 RNs. Patient ratios generally range from 1:3 to 1:4. The role involves performing procedures such as newborn circumcisions and educating parents on newborn safety, nurturing, and health. While experience in lactation and transitions is preferred, the core requirement is a strong priority on patient care experience.
