Key Responsibilities
- check_circleMonitor contractions and assist patients with breathing techniques
- check_circleMonitor fetal heart rate and mother's vital signs
- check_circleCheck patient's cervix periodically to monitor dilation progression
- check_circleMonitor patients throughout labor before, during, and after delivery
- check_circleCare for patients receiving Pitocin, MgSO4, and continuous lumbar epidural
- check_circleAssist, support, and educate women during all four stages of delivery
Requirements
- verified1-2 years of recent Labor and Delivery experience
- verifiedCurrent ACLS required
- verifiedCurrent BLS required
- verifiedNRP required
- verifiedRecent fetal monitoring experience
- verifiedActive State Nursing license
