About the Position

Cynet Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Labor & Delivery team in Framingham, MA. This 13-week contract role is designed for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment, providing critical care to mothers and newborns during one of life's most significant moments.

As a Labor & Delivery RN, you will be the frontline advocate for patients, conducting comprehensive assessments and managing the continuum of care from labor through postpartum recovery. Your day will involve monitoring fetal heart rates and maternal vital signs, administering medications, and managing pain relief measures with precision. Beyond clinical duties, you will collaborate closely with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery and educate patients and families on the journey ahead.

This position operates on a night shift schedule (6:45 PM - 7:15 AM), covering 3 days a week for 12-hour shifts. Success in this role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience and the ability to respond promptly to emergencies while maintaining strict adherence to safety and infection control protocols. You will also participate in quality improvement initiatives and complete required facility competencies and testing to ensure the highest standards of patient care.
