About the Role
As an ICU/Critical Care RN, you will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the highest clinical standards for patients requiring acute care. Your day-to-day involves performing comprehensive patient assessments, monitoring ongoing conditions, and administering medications and treatments per physician orders. You will play a vital role in educating patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions while maintaining accurate documentation in EMR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or Meditech.
This position requires strong clinical judgment and adaptability to manage multiple patients in a team-based setting.
