About the Position
TravelNurseSource is partnering with Magnet Medical to find a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Infusion Therapy for a 13-week contract in Boston, Massachusetts. This role is designed for a nurse who thrives in a dynamic environment, providing specialized care to patients receiving intravenous medications, fluids, blood products, or biologic therapies.
In this position, you will be the frontline guardian of patient safety during complex infusion treatments. Your day-to-day involves assessing patient needs, administering precise infusions, and monitoring for adverse reactions. Beyond technical execution, you will serve as a vital educator, guiding patients and their families through their treatment plans, explaining potential side effects, and ensuring they understand how to manage their care at home. Whether in an outpatient infusion center or a hospital setting, you will collaborate closely with physicians and pharmacists to tailor care plans that align with both medical orders and individual patient needs.
