In this position, you will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support patients and families through all stages of treatment. Your day-to-day impact involves providing safe, evidence-based direct nursing care to patients across the lifespan, ensuring that every interaction reflects OhioHealth's values of compassion, inclusion, and excellence.
As a key member of the team, you will model respectful, equitable care for diverse patient populations and mentor newer staff as appropriate. You will work alongside physicians, advanced practice providers, therapists, pharmacists, and support staff to foster a team-oriented environment that prioritizes patient safety and positive outcomes.

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred or obtained within an established timeframe. Specialty nursing certification (e.g., CCRN, PCCN, CMSRN, CEN, or equivalent) preferred based on clinical area. Previous acute care or clinical practicum experience in a hospital setting preferred.
