About the Role

In this position, you will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support patients and families through all stages of treatment. You will serve as a vital link in the care continuum, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care while adhering to strict safety and quality standards. Your day-to-day impact involves providing safe, evidence-based direct nursing care to patients across the lifespan, ensuring that every interaction reflects OhioHealth's values of compassion, inclusion, and excellence.

As a key member of the team, you will model respectful, equitable care for diverse patient populations and mentor newer staff as appropriate. You will work alongside physicians, advanced practice providers, therapists, pharmacists, and support staff to foster a team-oriented environment that prioritizes patient safety and positive outcomes.
