About the Role

Alliance Services, Inc. is seeking an RN for the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) to join a 16-bed unit plus two procedural beds. This role focuses on caring for high-acuity patients, including those recovering from cardiovascular surgery and trauma care. The position involves managing complex patient needs with nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:2 for standard care, 1:1 for higher acuity, and 1:3 for med-surg/floor status patients.

Day-to-day responsibilities include titrating critical drips such as epinephrine, norepinephrine, propofol, and vasopressin, as well as reading and documenting patient rhythm strips using GE monitors. While the primary focus is the SICU, the role includes floating requirements to the MICU or patient observer roles when staffing needs arise. The unit operates on a 12-hour night shift schedule (7:00 PM to 7:30 AM) with a requirement to work every other weekend and holiday.
