Join a dynamic Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team dedicated to providing critical care for patients with complex, life-threatening conditions. Our Surgical Intensive Care Unit manages a diverse range of diagnoses, including ARDS, sepsis, congestive heart failure, post-operative complications, and high-risk surgical patients. You will work within an interdisciplinary environment supported by Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, and Social Services to deliver comprehensive care.
As a Registered Nurse in the ICU, you will manage patient ratios of 1:2 for both ICU and IMC patients. This position focuses on the care of ventilated patients, managing chronic and acute renal failure, and performing respiratory and thoracic procedures. You will be responsible for arterial line management, central line care, PICC line management, and the administration of blood products and continuous IV sedation. The role also involves cardiac monitoring, emergency response, management of dysrhythmias, and procedural sedation.

This is a Night shift position (19:00 - 07:30) on a 4x12-hour schedule. The role offers opportunities for 36 or 48-hour workweeks with flexible scheduling that includes rotating weekend shifts. Float requirements across units apply, and one request for pre-approved time off is permitted per cycle.
Candidates with 2-3 years of progressive ICU experience are encouraged to apply. While charge experience, LTAC experience, and Trauma Level II experience are preferred, the primary focus is on your clinical expertise in critical care.
