About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and driven Family Medicine physician to join our team at our Rivertown Primary Care office in Grandville, MI. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the health of our community while working in a supportive, mission-driven environment.
At Trinity Health Medical Group, Primary Care - Rivertown, you will manage your own patient panel, providing primary care services including diagnosis, treatment, and preventative care to patients of all ages. While the practice offers a full range of services including Podiatry, Urgent Care, Physical Therapy, Lab, and X-ray, the core focus remains on comprehensive primary care. Physicians who enjoy providing prenatal care are encouraged to apply, though it is not required for the role.
You will join a very close-knit, collaborative office currently staffed by 3 physicians and 5 APPs. The schedule is designed for balance, featuring 34 hours of direct patient care and 6 hours of dedicated administrative time spread across 4 to 4.5 days per week. Leaders are willing to offer flexibility to create a balanced schedule for everyone. You will also share unrestricted call coverage with other family medicine physicians in the medical group, ensuring excellent work-life balance. Additionally, there is a unique opportunity to teach Residents, Medical Students, and Fellows.

Requirements
