About the Role
We are seeking passionate and driven Physicians to join our Hematology/Oncology team in Grand Rapids. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the health of our community while working in a supportive, mission-driven environment.\n You will have the opportunity to focus on hematology or solid tumors, while also covering a full scope of hematology/oncology patient care. This includes managing new patient referrals and providing ongoing treatment and follow-up care for established patients. A key part of your day will involve coordinating and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a positive experience for all patients, families, and staff.
The Team & Environment
You will join a comprehensive, multidisciplinary oncology service line featuring a growing team of multiple hematologists. The role offers network access to subspecialties including Radiation Oncology, Neuro Oncology, Surgical Oncology, Gynecologic Oncology, and Thoracic and Colorectal Surgery.
The team serves an expansive cancer network covering much of the West Michigan region and the Lake Michigan shoreline. This practice is supported by an extensive primary care referral base and a strong affiliation with the University of Michigan. You will work alongside skilled physicians, Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), and dedicated support staff within a robust ancillary support system that includes Infusion Services, Care Management, Social Work, Nurse Navigation, Research, Clinical Trials, Laboratory, Pharmacy, Genetics, and Financial Counseling.
