About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and driven Contingent Physician Assistant to join our regional Neonatal Intensive Care team in Muskegon and Grand Rapids, Michigan. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the health of our community while working in a supportive, mission-driven environment.

You will deliver high-quality care in a collaborative, patient-centered environment, working alongside skilled physicians, APPs, and dedicated support staff. The role offers flexible scheduling and access to advanced digital tools like Epic and MyChart, ensuring a strong work-life balance while you prioritize internal advancement and professional development.

The Team & Environment

Our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) operates across two distinct facilities:

• Grand Rapids Hospital: A 15-bed Level III NICU.
• Muskegon Hospital: An 8-bed Level II Special Care Nursery.

As a Physician Assistant in this team, you will provide direct patient care, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and participate in teaching and mentoring. You will also engage in quality improvement initiatives and support community health efforts. Notably, there is no call requirement for APPs in this position.
