TravelNurseSource is partnering with Lancesoft Inc to connect qualified Emergency Room and Trauma Registered Nurses with a critical need in Minneola, Kansas. This 13-week contract opportunity focuses on delivering high-quality care within a dynamic hospital environment, offering professionals the chance to serve a diverse patient population while advancing their clinical expertise.
Working the night shift for three 12-hour days, you will step into a role where patient advocacy becomes nuanced through exposure to varied demographics and complex medical scenarios. This position is designed for nurses who thrive on challenges, providing a platform to refine adaptability and resilience while managing unforeseen circumstances in a fast-paced trauma setting. Each assignment serves as a significant learning opportunity, contributing to your professional growth and confidence in handling diverse medical cases.
Applicants must hold current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications. While TNCC is preferred, the primary focus is on finding a dedicated professional ready to make an immediate impact in the ER/Trauma unit.
