Key Responsibilities
- check_circlePerform trach care, vent care, and ICU drip maintenance
- check_circleAdminister bipap and high flow oxygen therapy
- check_circleUtilize Cerner EMR and infusion pump systems
- check_circlePerform continuous bladder irrigation
- check_circleProvide high-acuity care to patients with stroke, STEMI, trauma, and psychiatric conditions
- check_circleManage arterial lines, central venous lines, PICC, midline, and port access
- check_circleApply and care for splints and orthopedic devices
- check_circleCollaborate with ER technicians, respiratory therapists, and hospitalist teams
Requirements
- verifiedValid nursing license
- verifiedBasic Life Support (BLS) certification
- verifiedAdvanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
- verifiedPediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
- verifiedNIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
- verifiedCrisis Prevention Institute (CPI) certification
- verifiedMinimum 1 year of related experience
Nice to Have
Experience with ER technology and equipment such as Cerner Electronic Medical Records (EMR), infusion pumps (Plum 360), medication dispensing systems (Omnicell), and monitors (Phillips).
