This assignment places a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department at a facility in Berlin, Vermont. The role is designed for a 13-week duration starting June 22, 2026, focusing on a high-volume environment with a specific emphasis on pediatric patients under the age of 5. Candidates will work night shifts, typically 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week. Flexibility to work weekends as needed is essential.
The position requires a candidate who is comfortable working in a teaching facility and possesses the adaptability to handle the unique demands of an emergency setting. Due to the location, reliable transportation is a necessity, as public transportation is not accessible in the area. During the winter months (November through April), vehicles must be equipped with all-season or snow tires to ensure safe travel to and from the facility.
To be considered for this assignment, candidates must submit a complete work history, including bed count, EMR experience, and facility type. All employment gaps exceeding 90 days must be explained. Candidates must be prepared to present their license on the first day of the assignment.
