We are seeking an experienced Nurse Supervisor with strong Behavioral Health leadership experience to support the Behavioral Health Department, including CPEP, Inpatient, and Outpatient services. This is an excellent opportunity for a nursing leader ready to step into an Associate DON-level support role within a fast-paced acute care environment.
As a Nurse Supervisor in Behavioral Health, you will lead and oversee nursing operations across multiple service lines. Your focus will be on developing and implementing programs to improve patient care and staff performance while monitoring unit performance. You will collaborate closely with nurse managers to execute corrective action plans and ensure adherence to hospital policies, patient safety standards, and regulatory guidelines.
This role provides leadership support across inpatient, outpatient, and psychiatric emergency services, requiring a balance of clinical expertise and operational efficiency. You will maintain critical systems for medication error tracking, counseling documentation, and compliance reporting to drive clinical quality initiatives.
Candidates meeting the required qualifications will be considered for a quick offer process. The selected candidate will begin a 14-week contract starting June 18, 2026, working Monday through Friday for 37.5 hours per week.
