TravelNurseSource is partnering with Lancesoft Inc to secure a qualified Director of Nursing (DON) RN for a 14-week contract in New York, NY. This role serves as a critical leadership support within the Behavioral Health Department, bridging the gap between clinical operations and strategic oversight.
The position offers a unique opportunity for a nursing leader to step into an Associate DON-level support role within a fast-paced acute care environment. You will be instrumental in supporting CPEP, Inpatient, and Outpatient services, ensuring high standards of patient care and operational efficiency across these diverse service lines.
The Role in Context
As a Nurse Supervisor in Behavioral Health, you will lead and oversee nursing operations while developing programs to enhance both patient care and staff performance.
