Key Responsibilities
- check_circleProvide holistic care and support to mothers and newborns
- check_circleMonitor labor progression and fetal heart rates using EFM
- check_circleAssist with labor and delivery procedures including Cesarean sections
- check_circleAdminister medications and manage pre- and post-delivery pain
- check_circleEducate patients and families about postpartum care and breastfeeding
- check_circleEnsure patient safety and maintain a sterile environment at all times
Requirements
- verifiedValid Alaska RN license or eligibility to obtain prior to start date
- verifiedMinimum 2 years of labor and delivery experience
- verifiedBLS, ACLS, AWHONN Intermediate and Advanced, and NRP certifications
- verifiedExperience with Epic charting system preferred
