- check_circleValidate staff understanding and competency while documenting education completion
- check_circleSupport education needs for night shift, weekend, and hard-to-reach colleagues
Requirements
- verifiedActive Registered Nurse (RN) license
- verifiedMinimum 2 years of clinical experience in acute care, critical care, or a procedural setting
Nice to Have
Previous experience in nursing education, clinical teaching, competency validation, preceptor development, skills validation, or staff onboarding and orientation. Familiarity with high-risk education, regulatory readiness, quality and safety initiatives, or survey response work. Experience using education tracking tools, dashboards, LMS platforms, or competency checklists. Prior experience in a PCU or ICU nurse educator role.
