About the Role

We are seeking a Travel Nurse RN specializing in Home Health to serve the Greensboro and High Point areas of North Carolina. In this role, you will provide skilled nursing care directly to patients within their homes, managing a caseload as a case manager. This is not an inpatient position; you will travel between patient homes throughout the day, working Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm.

You will utilize Homecare Homebase (HCHB) software for all documentation needs. A reliable personal vehicle is required for daily travel, with mileage reimbursement provided at the federal rate. This position is ideal for a nurse with at least one year of case management experience and previous travel nursing background.
