About the Position
Concentric Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join our team in Glendive, MT. This 13-week contract role offers a unique opportunity to serve and make a meaningful impact in the lives of veterans within the community.
The Role
In this position, you will provide essential occupational therapy services to residents under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist. Your primary focus will be implementing individualized treatment plans designed to support residents in achieving functional goals and developing or regaining daily living skills and independence. You will work collaboratively with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure comprehensive resident care while documenting patient progress and treatment outcomes in accordance with facility and regulatory standards.
Schedule and Stability
This assignment is structured as a 13-week contract with guaranteed 36 hours per week on a day shift. The 12-hour shift schedule provides a consistent routine, offering stability and predictability throughout your contract duration. The position is available to start as soon as possible.
