About the Role
We are looking for a compassionate and enthusiastic Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our Home Care & Hospice team in the Phoenix, AZ area. This is a challenging but rewarding opportunity to provide physical therapy for a broad range of patients.
As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA), you will administer occupational therapy to patients on an intermittent basis in their place of residence. You will work in accordance with physician orders and the plan of care under the direction and supervision of the Occupational Therapist and Clinical Manager/Therapy Supervisor. This role is designed for those who aspire to provide the highest quality patient care while navigating the unique needs of home-based settings.
