About the Role
We are seeking a qualified RN for a Cardiac Stepdown assignment in Phoenix, Arizona. This 13-week travel position focuses on supporting patient care and clinical operations within a Cardiac Telemetry unit. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies.
In this role, you will manage a patient load with a 1:3-4 nurse-to-patient ratio. The position requires proficiency in dysrhythmia interpretation and EKG reading, as well as familiarity with Philips monitors. You will also be expected to float to other telemetry units, such as T5, T6, and Neuro Tele, as needed. The schedule consists of 12-hour day shifts, including weekend and holiday rotations.
