Key Responsibilities
- check_circleProvide direct patient care in an intensive care unit setting during night shift hours
- check_circleMonitor and manage critically ill patients requiring advanced neurological and ICU-level interventions
- check_circlePerform and manage Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT) as indicated
- check_circleCollaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- check_circleAccurately assess and document neurological status using established clinical tools
Requirements
- verifiedActive Georgia RN license or valid Compact RN license
- verifiedMinimum 18 months of ICU experience within the past 3 years
- verifiedDemonstrated Neuro ICU experience
- verifiedProficiency with CRRT
- verifiedCurrent BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
Nice to Have
Experience in a high-acuity academic or Level I trauma center ICU environment. Familiarity with complex neurological patient populations and protocols.
