Key Responsibilities

- check_circleEstablish and grow mutually beneficial relationships with AAA Members
- check_circleSell cruises, tours, hotel accommodations, air travel, and car rental services
- check_circlePrepare complex domestic and international travel packages for clients
- check_circleAdvise clients regarding travel documentation requirements
- check_circleBuild and grow a personal book of business by utilizing the lead system
- check_circleProactively learn and utilize digital and communication technologies to achieve objectives
- check_circleComplete reservations, collect payments, and process travel documents
- check_circleReceive and resolve customer concerns to ensure satisfaction
Requirements
