This position serves as a vital operational hub, supervising a team of drivers and driver assistants to coordinate seamless services between the kitchen and aircraft. You will be the anchor on the dock, ensuring that activities run smoothly, trucks depart on schedule, and all flights are catered correctly. Your day will involve balancing complex workflows, managing a diverse team of up to 80 employees, and ensuring strict compliance with safety procedures, airport regulations, and airline specifications.
You will work closely with management, operations, and maintenance staff to drive performance improvements and maintain high standards of quality and security. From coordinating late-flight changes to ensuring the proper transportation of galleys, your role is essential in maintaining the efficiency and safety of our unit operations. We are looking for motivated individuals who can lead with empathy, manage high-volume environments, and drive positive change within the team.

Associates degree. 2+ years supervisory experience working in a high volume, manufacturing, food production, and restaurant or catering environment or equivalent experience in the related field. Current or previous labor relations experience. ServSafe Certified. Bi-lingual in English and Spanish/Chinese Mandarin/ Vietnamese/Hindi/Polish.
Skills: Microsoft Office, Servsafe.
Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associates degree preferred.
