This position serves as a vital link in our operational chain, responsible for supervising employees who coordinate services between the kitchen and drivers while controlling activities on the dock. You will be the face of our operations on the ground, ensuring that quality production standards are maintained for all accounts and that flights are catered correctly.
In this role, you will manage the flow of daily operations, from obtaining control sheets and assigning tasks to drivers to ensuring trucks leave according to schedule. You will work closely with management, the Operations Manager, and meal planners to maintain radio contact and resolve issues such as late flights or equipment changes. Your day will involve regular checks of the kitchen and dock areas to ensure safety compliance, proper equipment usage, and adherence to airline specifications.
Beyond operational oversight, you will be responsible for the development and management of your team. This includes performance evaluations, coaching, counseling, and training employees on proper work procedures to maximize productivity. You will manage daily manpower planning, balancing workloads across shifts and ensuring compliance with wage and hour policies, union agreements, and safety regulations.

Associates degree. 2+ years supervisory experience in a high volume, manufacturing, food production, restaurant, or catering environment. Previous labor relations experience. ServSafe Certification. Bi-lingual in English and Spanish, Chinese Mandarin, Vietnamese, Hindi, or Polish.
Skills: Microsoft Office, Servsafe.
Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associates degree preferred.
