As a Sous Chef, you will play a pivotal role in the successful operation of the Culinary Department for your assigned facility. This position is designed for an energetic, entrepreneurial culinary professional who thrives in high-volume, complex foodservice environments. You will work closely with the Executive Chef to supervise the preparation and cooking of various food items, develop daily menus, and oversee garnishment and presentation.
Your day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with cost controls, planning and executing catering events, and rolling out new culinary programs in collaboration with the company's marketing and culinary teams. You will also supervise hourly associates and participate in client satisfaction programs to ensure the highest standards of quality and service.
