About the Role
This Operations position serves as the backbone of our Delivery department, responsible for supervising daily activities to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant logistics. The role exists to bridge the gap between strategic company goals and on-the-ground execution, managing delivery staff while maintaining strict adherence to government regulations and safety standards.
In this position, you will lead a team of Delivery Associates, overseeing their daily work, safety protocols, and adherence to planned routes. Your day involves managing labor hours and supplies within budget, preparing complex work schedules, and ensuring the proper utilization of company assets. You will act as a key liaison between the delivery team, Sales Management, and Marketing Associates to collaboratively resolve customer issues and assess delivery challenges at client locations.
Beyond operational oversight, you will foster a positive work environment by conducting pre-shift meetings, monitoring associate morale, and maintaining open communication channels. The role requires you to interpret and enforce company policies regarding food safety and record-keeping, while coordinating closely with the Safety department on training, accident investigations, and routine inspections. You will also be hands-on, performing the duties of the associates you supervise as needed to support the team during peak times.

Requirements
