About the Role
This position serves as a technical leader across Group functional departments, bridging engineering, design, pre-construction, business development, and operations. The role is designed to manage and oversee both contracted and in-house design services while acting as the primary technical interface for owners.
You will provide direction to staff on the execution of complex deliverables, potentially serving as the Engineer of Record for select design components. A key part of your mission is to lead technical teams through pursuit and final design phases, ensuring consistent application of design standards and technical approaches. You will also drive innovation by exploring alternate designs and new technologies to challenge the status quo and promote the development of novel design solutions.
