You will assist in full life-cycle implementations, including planning, design, and build phases, while documenting business requirements, system design, and transformational goals. This role is about more than just technical execution; it is about leadership and communication. You will conduct training classes to prepare end users for deployment, provide post-production support, and meet or exceed targeted billing hours. You will be expected to work with clients to understand their unique challenges and deliver complex, time-sensitive projects with strong leadership skills.
