About the Role

As an Anaplan Manager within the Transformation Practice, you will perform advisory and implementation services to address business needs throughout client organizations. From day one, you will be empowered by the greater Transformation team to help clients make the moves that will help them achieve their vision. This role is designed for those who want to excel in a supportive environment while delivering complex, time-sensitive projects.

Your day-to-day involves partnering with clients to understand current state processes and define future state processes based on business objectives. You will guide clients through full life-cycle implementations, from planning and design to build, testing, and deployment. Beyond technical execution, you will serve as a trusted advisor, documenting business requirements, creating training materials, and conducting classes to ensure user adoption. You will also provide post-production support and work to meet targeted billing hours, balancing high-quality delivery with business goals.
