The Transformation Practice at Grant Thornton is dedicated to helping clients achieve their vision through advisory and implementation services. We believe in making business more personal and building trust into every result. Our team empowers you to excel with the resources, environment, and support needed to navigate complex client needs. Whether it's your work location, weekly schedule, or flex time off, we offer options to work in a way that best serves your clients and your life. Consistent with our hybrid work model, this position requires in-person attendance at least three days per week, either at a Grant Thornton office or a client site.
As an Anaplan Manager, you will partner with the greater Transformation team to help clients make the moves necessary to achieve their strategic goals. From day one, you will be empowered to confidently address business needs throughout client organizations. Your day-to-day involves guiding full life-cycle implementations, from planning and design to build and deployment. You will document business requirements, system designs, and transformational goals, while configuring applications and conducting iterative testing. Beyond the technical build, you will play a key role in user adoption by creating training materials, conducting classes, and defining support procedures. This role is designed for a leader who can understand current state processes, define future states based on business objectives, and deliver complex, time-sensitive projects with strong communication skills.
At Grant Thornton, we go beyond expectations by offering a career path with more opportunity, flexibility, and support. We understand that your needs, responsibilities, and experiences are different, and we think that's a good thing. That's why we support you with personalized and comprehensive benefits that recognize and empower all the identities, roles, and aspirations that make you, well, you. We are committed to doing more than checking boxes when it comes to inclusion, taking active steps for diversity, equity, and inclusion across our organization.
