At Grant Thornton, we believe in making business more personal and building trust into every result. Our Transformation Practice is a multinational, multidisciplinary platform designed to help clients achieve their vision through advisory and implementation services. Whether you are working at a GT office or a client site, you will be empowered by a greater team that offers more opportunity, flexibility, and support than a traditional professional services career.
In 2025, Grant Thornton formed a strategic platform with Grant Thornton Ireland, creating a premier Trans-Atlantic advisory and tax practice. This collaboration connects a roster of 12,000 quality-driven professionals across more than 150 global markets, delivering a singular client experience backed by powerful technologies and a distinctive cross-border culture.
The team you are about to join is ready to help you thrive. We understand that your needs, responsibilities, and experiences are different, and we think that's a good thing. That's why we support you with personalized and comprehensive benefits that recognize and empower all the identities, roles, and aspirations that make you, well, you. We are committed to doing more than checking boxes when it comes to inclusion, actively taking action for diversity, equity, and inclusion.
As an Anaplan Manager, you will perform advisory and implementation services to address business needs throughout client organizations. From day one, you will be empowered to help clients make the moves that will help them achieve their vision, while simultaneously achieving more in your own career.
Your day-to-day will involve partnering with clients to understand current state processes and define future state processes based on business objectives. You will guide full life-cycle implementations, from planning and design to build, testing, and deployment. This role requires you to document business requirements, system designs, and transformational goals, while also configuring applications and creating training materials to support user adoption. You will conduct training classes to prepare end users for deployment and provide post-production support, ensuring a seamless transition for the client.
This position operates within our hybrid work model, requiring in-person attendance at least three days per week, either at a Grant Thornton office or a client site. You will have the flexibility to work the way that best serves your clients and your life, with options for work location, weekly schedules, and flex time off. Expected travel for this role is up to 40%.
If you apply and are selected to interview, a Grant Thornton team member will reach out to you to schedule a time to connect. We encourage you to explore other roles that may be a good fit for you or get to know us a little bit better at www.gt.com/careers.
