About the Role
As a Transactions Specialist III in the Exception Processing department, you will play a key role in driving efficiency and accuracy within a fast-paced environment that values excellence and innovation. This position requires you to process daily document transactions with judgment and experience, often operating with limited direct supervision.
In this role, you will handle complex deposit exceptions, returns, and remittances while performing root cause analyses on recurring issues or control gaps. You will serve as a vital link between the bank and third parties, providing specific account information to confirm customer relationships and verify balances. Success in this position demands the ability to evaluate data from multiple sources, adapt to changing needs and deadlines, and remain calm under pressure while maintaining the highest level of production and accuracy.
