About the Role
As a Training Systems Logistics Support Specialist, you will serve as a vital link between System Support Officers and Responsible Individuals at Marine Corps Base Hawaii. Your mission is to ensure the seamless lifecycle management of Ground Training Systems (GTS) and Virtual Training Systems (VTS). This full-time, on-site position requires you to navigate a dynamic work environment that blends office administration with hands-on warehouse and field operations.
In this role, you will not only manage inventory and scheduling but also conduct inspections of live training systems and ranges. Your work directly impacts training readiness by ensuring all equipment meets strict Marine Corps policies and accountability standards. You will be the first in line for future openings aligned with your experience, joining a mission-focused environment where your expertise makes a tangible impact on the force.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleMaintain accountability and lifecycle management for Ground and Virtual Training Systems

- check_circleDevelop SOPs and processes supporting property accountability
- check_circleProvide reports, briefs, and analysis to support training system readiness
Requirements
- verifiedU.S. Citizenship required
- verifiedActive or Interim Secret Clearance
- verifiedHigh School Diploma or GED (Associate's or Bachelor's preferred)
- verifiedAt least 2 years of supply chain, logistics, or accountability experience
- verifiedFamiliarity with USMC/DoD property accountability systems
- verifiedProficiency with Microsoft Office
- verifiedDrivers License required
Nice to Have
Prior experience supporting Marine Corps training support operations. Knowledge of warehouse management and sustainment best practices.
