About the Role

Red River Technology is actively seeking a dedicated Trainer to join our team in supporting a mission-critical program for the Navy. This is an exceptional opportunity to contribute to the success of a crucial initiative that directly enhances national operational readiness across the entire US Naval Fleet.

In this role, you will evaluate current and future training needs and practices, develop and deliver training plans, and report results with recommendations for improvement. You will also administer the "train the trainer" program to expand the customer's internal training team, enabling them to deploy training internally.
